Jailin is a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist and energized by the healing possibilities reflexology has to offer. She has a Masters Degree in Disability and Community Studies and training in various approaches to counselling. Jailin's passion is combining her training and skills to offer a well rounded treatment suited to the individuals and their healing goals.
Reflexology is a complementary and natural therapeutic method performed by applying pressure on reflexes. Reflexology can improve circulation, relieve tension and support the body's efforts to perform optimally. Benefits individuals often experience are improved quality of sleep, decreased pain and increased energy.

Somatic Affective Talk and Touch (SATT) with Gilly Thomas
Trauma often manifests in physical pain (headaches, back pain, neck and shoulder pain) and/or emotional distress (including anxiety and depression). You may also encounter difficulty sleeping, concentrating and being triggered to the fight, flight or freeze response. SATT integrates simple dialogue and present touch to help you move through and past trauma and regain a sense of comfort in self.

About Gilly
Gilly Thomas, CRS, BEd, BA has developed a unique therapeutic approach, Somatic Affective Talk and Touch (SATT), which emerged as an integration of her extensive educational and life experiences. Gilly has an academic background in Nursing, Psychology and Education, as well as alternative programs: the Rubenfeld Synergy Method, Psychodrama, and Upledger Craniosacral.
Gilly has worked in private practice for over 20 years as a Bodymind therapist and has facilitated numerous workshops within North America. Gilly’s life and work experiences have contributed to the development of the SATT Approach.
